Dawn of Synthetic Reason: DeepMind Can Learn From Its Own Memory

 

Using a new system titled a Differential Neural Computer (DNC), Google’s DeepMind is able to draw from data stores to learn. A DNC allows DeepMind to come up with new solutions without having to learn all possible answers, bringing us closer to a computer with the ability to reason.

    I think its a little more complicated than that, but yea, computers can be programmed and designed to remember/store data, and do a variety of things using all three – stored information, live information, and future predictions for input as well.
